As a Mother/Daughter team, our journeys have taught us that life rarely goes exactly as planned, but every experience brings lessons and opportunities. Those experiences strengthened our passion for helping others, building lasting relationships, and staying actively involved in the community. Together, we love helping families make confident decisions about their future and place within the community.

Ann: In an instant, our lives were uprooted. Our home in New York had contaminated water. And after a year with no change, we had to leave. We packed up our family, including three kids (one a baby), my mother-in-law, and our pets, and moved to Palm Coast, Florida to start over.
The transition was not easy. My husband’s promised job fell through, and my mother-in-law, who was already very ill, passed away within a month of arriving. It was a difficult time financially and emotionally. Trying to provide stability for our family. With my previous professional experience, and a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Berkley, working for Fortune 500 companies in footwear, junior sportswear, and home giftware. I quickly found that similar roles simply did not pay the same in Florida.
Instead, I purchased my friend’s cleaning business. Given all that our family had been through, I was extremely motivated. My first year, I doubled the business and did it again the next year.
When the market crashed, I started my own concierge cleaning business, building it up to a team of eight women serving high-end homeowners. I managed to do all of that while raising my kids, running them to football, lacrosse, and synchronized swimming, and making sure we always had family dinners together. Those were certainly some stressful times, but they forced me to become even more organized and focused.
Taking everything I had learned, I started my real estate career in 2013. My love for this area has made the work all the more meaningful. I know what it is like to start over and to want a home and community that fits your family’s needs. Here, every neighborhood offers something unique, whether it is the beach lifestyle, golfing, biking trails, or shopping centers. Over 13 years, I have loved helping people find the right fit here. My work ethic, entrepreneurial drive, and resourcefulness have gotten me here, but it is the personal connection to supporting people through these life transitions that makes this work so fulfilling.
Kristina: For a long time, I had my future all mapped out. I loved wedding planning, so I went to school for Hospitality and Event Planning. While I was in Orlando, I worked at the Crystal Ballroom, where I gained a lot of firsthand experience in wedding organization. I also worked for a wedding planner who taught me a great deal about design and aesthetics.
My work in the field continued when my husband was deployed to South Carolina. I transferred schools and had to restart my career with a new wedding planner. Sometimes I’d clean her home, other times I was sent to an event and left to coordinate the whole thing. It was a lot of improvising, but as stressful as it may have been in the moment, it taught me a lot.
When we returned to Florida, I took a job as an events coordinator at the Hilton. It should have been my dream job, but I quickly realized office life wasn’t for me. I wanted to build something of my own and that was fulfilling by helping others fulfill their dreams.
During my transition from South Carolina, I helped my mother with marketing and social media and realized I found my niche. My tech-savvy marketing and organization skills mixed with her real estate expertise have made us a great team. Instead of helping people navigate one of the most important days of their lives, I now help them find their home where life unfolds and countless memories are made.
